Semantic(Web)Camp Vancouver 2008 - Web 3.0 In Action
March 9, 2008 — Gerald(This is cross-posted from the Semantic(Web)Camp Vancouver 2008 Blog.)
Let’s get together for Vancouver’s 1st Semantic(Web)Camp. What’s Semantic(Web)Camp Vancouver?
SemanticCamp is an unconference-style meetup for anyone interested in the semantic web:
- The “pragmatic” semantic web using Microformats and best practices and conventions that work in today’s browsers using today’s markup.
- The “official” semantic web led by the web’s inventor Sir Tim Berners-Lee and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
SemanticCamp brings together developers, designers, marketers, strategists, technologists, and students, in an open and collaborative environment of sharing and learning.
We have a SemanticCampVancouver event wiki. Interested? Join the organizing team to make it happen or add your talk proposal to the wiki or sign-up as a sponsor!
Questions? Comments? Send them along to the Vancouver Ajax & Web 2.0 (3.0) Developer Forum/Mailing List. Thanks!
